Citi Bike (red)
We see an opportunity in Citi Bike to reach a more diverse range of cyclists throughout NYC. Citi Bike (red) would introduce new forms of the product to engage users in a way that the standard bike cannot, activating new bikers in lanes dominated by commuter culture.
With four personas, we explored the possibility of new bikes to make an impact on the way people ride.
Finding a nearby cargo bike, Alejandra is able to overcome the burden of multiple bags, a deterrent for many would-be bikers in the city.
